It's impossible, because it's not enough to just code and host a killboard (enormous work), but you need API keys from players to have data. Do you have any idea how to get those?

Update: added renters, Southern alliances and Verge of Collapse. The renters had surprisingly low losses, it seems no group focused on them. Verge is a monster: 83 men alliance had more de-inflated kills than 5000 men SMA. And much less losses of ...
